LP HIRE

Terms and Condition

  1. Bookings must be confirmed with payment of 50% deposit at least 3 days before the event.

  2. The 50% balance is payable on delivery plus a refundable deposit of 25% of the invoice value. The deposit will be refunded on return of the items. Any balance unpaid after 3 days attracts a surcharge of £50. Any amounts owing after 7 days attracts interest at 1% per day.

  3. Items could be picked up and returned to BR7 6BY or delivered to customers’ address.

  4. A delivery & collection charge starting from £5 each way is payable or you can collect free from our store. A quote of the actual delivery charge which depends on post code, will be given at the point of order. Click here for a guide to our delivery charges

  5. 6. The hire period will commence from the time of delivery and will terminate following the hire goods' collection.

  6. 7. During the entirety of the hire period, the customer will be responsible for the safekeeping of the goods.

  7. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the hire goods and will be    charged for any repair that is deemed necessary.

  8. In the event of total loss or irreparable damage to any hire goods the customer will be responsible for the replacement value of the goods. Full details of replacement values can be obtained upon written request.

  9. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us when hire goods are ready for collection. The hire period will not end until collection is effected.

  10. No reductions or refunds will be made after the commencement of the hire period.

  11. Once an order is made cancellation received less than 24 hours before the event attracts a charge of 50% of the invoice value.

  12. Any delays caused by the customer during delivery and/or collection which then necessitate additional journeys will be subject to additional charges.
